Cost of Community Acupuncture
Because we have a community model of practice, we can afford to charge low rates. Acupuncture is cumulative and works best by coming more frequently at the beginning at least several times per week as they do in China.
We charge between $15 to $50 per treatment. We ask an additional one time $10 paperwork fee for the first treatment, which you never have to pay again. We ask no questions about your income or why you are paying the amount you are paying. In fact, we don't even look at what you give us at the time of treatment because we believe that you will be reasonable and fair and don't even question it. We want to take the money out of the equation in health care as much as possible. If you feel you can afford $25 one time and $15 the next, that is fine. In this way, we hope you can come often enough so that you get better quickly and smoothly.
